OTHM 7级战略管理与领导大专文凭（网络学习）

学习目标：

OTHM 7 级战略管理和领导力文凭的目标是为具有将组织战略转化为有效运营的企业管理者培养为具有战略管理和领导技能的组织领导者。

已具有学术研究背景或行业工作经验的成年学习者适合此课程。该文凭课程明确强调了与工作相关的实践技能发展以及理论基础。由于此文凭由 英国Ofqual批准和监管，因此成功获得文凭（获得120学分）后学生可以继续在该领域就业或进入大学论文阶段（60 学分）以获得英国公立大学颁发的最终硕士学位。

该课程分为 2 个阶段：

Awarding Body:

Stage 1 (Delivered by Chasewells Management College):

This stage leads to the award of the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership by OTHM Qualification. Credits earned at this stage – 120 credits

Stage 2 (Delivered by the University/awarding body):

On completion of the diploma program, you progress / Top up with a Degree through a UK University for progression to the MBA degree. Stage 2 is delivered via distance learning by faculties from the University/awarding body. Credits earned at this stage – 60 credits.
